Professor Rosemary Ogbodo Adoga has a prolific publication record in educational guidance and counseling. Her books include Elements of Traditional Guidance (2023), Essentials of Education Among Adolescents: Counselling for Healthy Living (2023), Fundamentals of Sex and Sexuality Counselling among the Adolescent (2020), Essential Principles for Family and Marital Stability and Innovative Society: From a Counseling Perspective (2019), General Principles to Write a Successful Research and Defence (2018), and Survey of Cultism, Examination Malpractices and Drug Abuse for Learners in Institutions: A Counseling Perspective (2017). She’s also contributed chapters—such as “The Need for Empowering Learners’ Moral Counselling in Nigerian Schools” (2018)—and conference articles like “Indiscipline and Corruption in Nigeria’s Political Setting: From a Christian Perspective and Implications for Counselling” (2006). Professor Rosemary O. Ogbodo Adoga

Associate Professor, Educational Foundations

Professor Adoga is an Associate Professor at the National Open University of Nigeria. With a Ph.D. in Guidance and Counselling from the University of Abuja, her work focuses on the critical intersections of education, psychology, and societal development.

She is a dedicated member of several learned societies, including the Counselling Association of Nigeria (CASSON) and the American Psychological Association (APA).
